Kourtney Kardashian, a resident of Los Angeles, has a New York look down to science. If sporting a slick power suit or a stunning trench coat, the 41-year-old model mogul is known to come to the East Coast with dozens of immaculate ensembles in tow. For her current tour, all her clothes have one main detail, and maybe she’s already sitting in your wardrobe. Kourtney Kardashian’s combat boots are a piece of resistance through a whole host of moody looks she wore this week and they’re surprisingly easy to style.

With her week in Manhattan, it’s highly possible that Kardashian had anticipated a few other shoe styles but, whether it’s a side effect of the rainy weather or a preference made with pure chicness, she hit the lug sole boots twice during the trip. The best part of it? Both looks depend on the same outfit plan, which requires no more than three simple steps. Just recently, on Oct. 12, the mother-of-three walked out in an ankle-length trench coat, in the sandy hue of the ’80s. With a black contrast trim, the trench synchronized with her matching top, leggings, and Hermès Kelly Mini purse, bringing out every New Yorker’s never-failed all-black look.

Days before that, on October 10, Kardashian was wearing a mood-boosting blazer dress: Eppram’s Niagra style in linen, which sold out almost immediately after its debut. Although the latter can sound much more polished than her casual trench coat ensemble, the two sets feature much of the same players a tiny top handle purse, cat-eye sunnies, and a waist-wrapping coat. The biggest difference? Her blazer dress’s truncated hemline is more suited to day-to-night wear, as Kardashian demonstrated when she stayed with the outfit late in the evening.

Kardashian’s Prada boots sell for $1,470—but for those who may be looking for something somewhat more cost-effective, try Irina Shayk ‘s beloved Doc Martens ($180) or Mackage’s recently launched warrior boots ($590). You can, in fact, grab Kardashian’s same bag and glasses, with two “like” versions that resemble each of her jackets. Browse ahead, and make sure to hear on how other actors are sporting combat boots right now.
