It’s about time to say goodbye to this socially distant season. Hey, it’s gone as fast as it arrived, just a matter of weeks out from Labor Day weekend. That said, summer isn’t over yet, which means your beloved warm-weather classics still have a mileage left, even though you start mixing them with your go-to fall basics. In reality, judging by Irina Shayk’s new look at the street style, some casual, pre-fall styling has never been a better time to continue.

Despite August coming to a close fast, there’s a possibility that you may already feel summer heatwaves, depending on where you are. Yet if you happen to be in New York like Shayk chances are you’re only beginning to experience the cool air of autumn. Of course you’re going to want to dress up the part. And just in case you need a starting point for your wardrobe from summer to fall, Shayk has you covered.

The 34-year-old Russian model has a remarkable talent for making an effortlessly sexy wardrobe that blends a rugged edge with feminine pieces. And if you look at some of her past transitional outfits you’ll just get more proof of that especially given she’s a big Docs addict, who’s become her favorite boot looks for in-between season.

Most recently, on Aug. 19, Shayk was spotted strolling through NYC dressing up a chic wardrobe featuring two pieces of leather that will act as the go-to transitional items for the coming weeks: Dr. Martens’ 1490 Quynn Boots on sale for $100, and a blazer.

A mostly summery wardrobe was complemented by these two main fall classics. Shayk layered her blazer over Reformation’s $128 Othello Shirt, which she had accessorized with Jennifer Zeuner’s $154 Theresa 1 “Necklace and Jennifer Meyer’s $1,800 Letter 18-karat Gold Diamond Necklace. The designer ended her look-out with Illesteva’s Patmos Sunglasses, which cost $280.
